Save the date: The Fifth Forum for the EU Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change will take place on 28 May 2026 in Nicosia, Cyprus, under the Cypriot Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

A new assessment estimates that the EU and its Member States need to invest around €70 billion per year in climate adaptation until 2050 to address climate risks and improve resilience across Europe. The results of this evidence-based analysis can help inform policy planning and decision-making.
