The Barometer provides six monthly updates on the Mission’s progress across its three objectives. It uses 13 indicators aligned with these objectives and reports every April and October.

The Sixth Mission Barometer Update provides the latest overview of progress under the EU Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change, covering the period from 1 October 2025 to 31 March 2026. It highlights continued progress in supporting regional and local authorities, strengthening climate adaptation capacity and advancing on the ground action across Europe.
This Excel file contains information on all regions and local authorities supported by Mission Funded Projects and MIP4Adapt, including the name of the regional or local authority, country, associated Mission Project, demonstrator or replicator status, and the status of support received. The database is updated every six months by MIP4Adapt in line with the publication of the Mission Barometer Updates.
