Following an initial presentation at the Horizon Europe Info Days, this deep-dive session will further explore the call HORIZON-MISS-2026-01-CLIMA-07, which aims to support the financing of local adaptation actions through a combination of public funding and private financing.
The session will feature contributions from the Adaptation Mission Manager, Elina Bardram, and EIB Deputy Director-General, Elina Roine, who will highlight the policy context and the importance of mobilising innovative financing solutions for local adaptation projects. The Mission Secretariat and the EIB will present the call in detail, while CINEA will clarify the applicable Horizon Europe rules, including Financial Support to Third Parties. A Q&A session will conclude the event.
