Participants can expect a keynote exploring food systems as a pathway for climate adaptation, followed by a city case study highlighting practical, on‑the‑ground action. The session will also present concrete examples of governance approaches, tools, and policies, and conclude with interactive breakout discussions focused on a) agroecology and climate‑resilient agriculture, b) participatory governance and community‑based approaches, and c) policy development and food strategies.

This event is primarily aimed at regional and local authorities, particularly those interested in climate-resilient food systems transformations. It is also open to the wider adaptation community and anyone working on or interested in developing climate-resilient food systems.
