Open Training Session: Towards Wildfire Resilient Landscapes (Jointly organised by MIP4Adapt and REGILIENCE+ )

This second Open Training Session, jointly organised by MIP4Adapt and REGILIENCE+, will bring together regional and local authorities, practitioners and experts to explore practical approaches to reducing wildfire risk and strengthening climate resilience.

Through expert presentations, real examples and an interactive panel discussion, participants will exchange knowledge on governance, incentives, land management, community engagement and digital tools that support wildfire adaptation.  

Join to explore practical approaches and experiences from REGILIENCE+ and engage in an interactive panel discussion on how different approaches can strengthen wildfire resilience and support climate adaptation in regions and communities.  

The event is primarily aimed at technical staff from regional and local authorities, and supporting organisations working on climate adaptation, disaster risk reduction and resilience planning. It is also open to forestry organisations, civil protection actors, Horizon Europe projects, civil society organisations and members of the Mission Adaptation Community with an interest in wildfire prevention, preparedness and resilience.
