The EU Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change Implementation Platform (MIP4Adapt) just enhanced its Technical Assistance Programme for Charter Signatories.
Starting September 2024, regions and local authorities signed up to the Mission’s Charter can benefit from extra days of expert help to support their climate adaptation planning efforts and to access funding for adaptation projects. And the best part? If you don’t already have a Vulnerability and Risk Assessment (VRA), you can still be eligible if there is a relevant VRA at the regional or national level that covers your territory!
This major boost will make it easier than ever for regions to get the help they need. Since April 2023, 74 regions and local authorities are deep into their tailored programmes and another 19 are starting after the summer.
Act now to take advantage of this offer! This enhanced assistance is available on a first-come, first-served basis. So, act fast and apply before the next cut-off on September 30th by completing the Technical Assistance Application Form. It should take less than 15 mins to fill in, and we’ll be in contact to discuss and tailor your support programme.
