Save the date: The Fifth Forum for the EU Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change will take place on 28 May 2026 in Nicosia, Cyprus, under the Cypriot Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

The Baltic Regional Forum 2025 brought together regional and local leaders, Charter Signatories, policymakers, experts and practitioners for two days of collaboration and knowledge exchange in Tallinn and Viimsi, Estonia.

A total of €50 million – including €25 million contributed by the Mission – has been earmarked under the EIC Accelerator to support a dozen pioneering start-ups and SMEs developing deep-tech innovations that address the continent’s most urgent climate challenges.

Two major initiatives - REGILIENCE+ and the Adaptation Hubs projects have officially launched under the EU Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change. They join 16 additional Mission projects that will develop and test innovative solutions for climate adaptation across more than 85 European regions.
